About The Author

Padaré, Jean-Bernard: - Jean-Bernard Padaré est avocat de formation. Après ses études de Droit au début des années 90 à Tours et à Poitiers en France, il rentre dans son pays natal où il s'inscrit au Barreau du Tchad. Talentueux et engagé, il sera remarqué par le Maréchal Idriss Déby Itno qui l'appellera à ses côtés, d'abord comme avocat conseil de la famille, puis à la tête de plusieurs départements ministériels. Il a occupé entre autres les fonctions de Gouverneur de région, ministre de la Justice, Secrétaire général de la Présidence de la République. En retrait, il a été élu le 2 février 2024 par ses pairs Président du Conseil constitutionnel.
