Membre de la commission du droit international (CDI) des Nations Unies depuis janvier 2017. Ancien vice-président pour l'Afrique de l'institut international des sciences administratives (IISA). Ancien conseiller auprès de Diwan Almadalim (médiateur du Royaume) et du Conseil constitutionnel. Membre du comité juridique du projet relatif à la liaison fixe à travers le détroit de Gibraltar. Auteur d'ouvrages et de plusieurs articles se rapportant à des questions juridiques et administratives ainsi qu'à des problèmes spécifiques de droit international et des droits de l'homme publiés au Maroc et à l'étranger dans des ouvrages collectifs et revues spécialisées.
