About The Author

RD HILL is a Weekend Warrior whose passion for handball spawned a life interest in physical development. "You don't have to be an Athletic Superstar to golf well," says Hill. "But you've got to develop what talent you've got. Few players are born with it." A Right-Handed Little Leaguer, Hill golfed since childhood, but played in purgatory 'cause he couldn't hit the long irons with his baseball swing. "I shelved the clubs often to enjoy sports I was better at," Hill says. Then came the Dawning - COORDINATE THE NON-DOMINANT HAND. Yep, THAT Makes Sense..!! So he began strengthening the Pulling Muscles of his Leading Left Arm by playing Frisbee and Lefty Tennis. He Cross-Trained & Got Better at Golf. Why Does This Work.. "Cross-training with certain familiar sports strengthens golf muscles needed to strike the ball cleanly," says Hill.
