Die Methode des Ver- leimens und Verklebens hat ja wahrend der letzten Jahrzehnte eine hedeutende Entwicklung erfahren und ist ein industrieller Schliissel- prozeB vielseitiger Anwendbarkeit geworden. Wirklich zielbewuBtes und planmaBiges Handeln - sei es bei der Bearbeitung neuer Prohleme oder der Erledigung jener betrieblichen Schwierigkeiten, die in industriellen Unternehmen periodisch aufzutreten pflegen - erfordert doch oft mehr als nur empirische Erfahrung. Der Fachmann, der mit den inneren Vor- gangen der Fugenhildung vertraut ist, wird sich nicht ohne weiteres da- mit zufriedengeben, unzureichende Resultate auf schlechte Adhasion bzw. schlechte Leim- oder Klebstoffqualitat zuriickzufiihren. Denn in der Praxis spielen neben den primaren Adhasionsvorgangen auch Sekun- darerscheinungen eine wichtige Rolle, die das Entstehen der Fuge ver- hindern oder die bereits gebildete Fuge schwachen oder sprengen konnen. Die schadlichen Folgen dieser Sekundarerscheinungen lassen sich aber haufig durch einfache MaBnahmen eliminieren.
