Pratiquement, nous expliquons comment il faut gérer au mieux des problématiques que la littérature dédiée aborde peu: l'adéquation de l'élevage au cahier des charges, la gestion des difficultés, l'acquisition d'une compréhension théorique du fonctionnement de l'élevage et la création et transmission du savoir-faire. L'objectif de cette méthode est de vous aider à maintenir sur le long terme une production d'insectes de qualité.

Benoît R. Sorel est titulaire d'une maîtrise de biologie et d'un DEA d'histoire et de sociologie des sciences et des techniques. Il a d'abord travaillé comme technicien en expérimentation animale pour les tests de pesticides avant mise sur le marché (programme REACh norme GLP), en Allemagne. En 2012 il revient en France et enseigne les SVT en lycée et collège. En 2015 il démarre une activité de production et vente de légumes et petits fruits agroécologiques dans le centre Manche.
