Es handelt sich um ein theoretisches Kernstück meiner Bachelorarbeit. Inhaltlich wird zunächst in das Themenkomplex "Lernen" mit der Begriffsbestimmung und Verortung begonnen. Anschlie end wird auf die lerntheoretischen Grundlagen des Kognitivismus, Behaviorismus und Konstruktivismus eingegangen, welche bis dato für die Lernpsychologie richtungsweisend sind. Schlie lich geht es im nächsten Kapitel um verschiedene Lernstile. Das Erreichen von unterschiedlichen Lernerfolgen bei gleichen äu eren Bedingungen, ist oftmals auf die individuellen Fähigkeiten des Lernenden zurückzuführen. Solche Unterschiede bei persönlichen Merkmalen und Begabungen rufen mannigfaltige Bedürfnisse beim Lernen hervor. David A. Kolb, sowie Peter Honey und Alan Mumford haben versucht die Besonderheiten andersartiger Lernstile festzuhalten. Zu guter Letzt widmet sich die Arbeit dem Lernen im Erwachsenenalter. Dabei handelt es sich um Schlüsselthemen wie "lebenslanges Lernen" und "Lernfähigkeit Erwachsener" und "Konsequenzen für die Lehre in der Erwachsenenbildung".
