Ortolland, Didier: - Didier Ortolland est un ancien diplomate spécialisé en droit de la mer. Il a été sous-directeur du droit de la mer et des pôles au sein de la direction des affaires juridiques du ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères de 2016 à 2021 et, à ce titre, a dirigé les délégations françaises dans les organisations internationales consacrées au droit de la mer et aux questions polaires. Il s'est également spécialisé en géopolitique marine et a dirigé l'Atlas géopolitique des espaces maritimes (éditions Technip), ouvrage couronné par un prix de la société de géographie.
