La Ley Constitucional del 3 de febrero de 1934 fue una legislación importante en la historia de Cuba. Esta ley fue promulgada durante la etapa conocida como la República Mediatizada, que abarcó desde 1934 hasta 1940.

La Ley Constitucional del 3 de febrero de 1934 fue un intento de reformar la Constitución de 1901 y establecer un marco legal más democrático y equitativo en Cuba. Entre sus principales aspectos, esta ley estableció la separación de los poderes Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial, y garantizó derechos fundamentales como la libertad de expresión, de asociación y de prensa.

Además, la ley reconoció la libertad sindical y los derechos de los trabajadores, promoviendo la creación de sindicatos y la negociación colectiva. También se establecieron reformas en el sistema electoral, ampliando el derecho al voto y estableciendo el sufragio universal masculino.

La Ley Constitucional del 3 de febrero de 1934 tuvo un impacto significativo en la vida política y social de Cuba. Sin embargo, su vigencia fue breve, ya que en 1940 se promulgó una nueva Constitución que estableció un marco legal más completo y duradero.

A pesar de su corta duración, la esta Ley sentó las bases para futuras reformas constitucionales en Cuba y contribuyó al avance de los derechos y libertades en el país.
