About The Author

Dr. D. K. Pandeyis the Deputy Librarian at Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh. He holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, and a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from T. M. Bhagalpur University. With over three decades of professional experience, Dr. Pandey has served as a librarian in higher secondary schools and as a professional in the State Central Library, Itanagar. He has published several research papers in Scopus-indexed and UGC Care-listed journals and has actively participated in national and international conferences. In recognition of his contributions to the field, he was honored among the “75 Pioneering Librarians of India” and received the Exemplary Service and Lifetime Contribution to Library and Information Science in the Northeastern Region by the International Conference on Knowledge Organization in Academic Libraries (I-KOAL) in 2026. His academic and professional work continues to inspire students, researchers, and library professionals.
