L'étude visait à étudier l'impact de l'enseignement de la grammaire dans un contexte situationnel et à examiner l'attitude des professeurs d'anglais à l'égard de l'enseignement et de l'apprentissage de la grammaire dans des contextes situationnels. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, le chercheur a utilisé une approche expérimentale ainsi qu'une méthode analytique descriptive. L'expérience a porté sur un échantillon de 50 personnes sélectionnées au hasard et réparties de manière égale entre un groupe de contrôle et un groupe expérimental. Le traitement de la méthode du contexte situationnel a été appliqué au groupe expérimental, tandis que le groupe de contrôle a suivi la méthode traditionnelle d'enseignement de la grammaire. L'expérience a duré quatre semaines. Un test de réussite en grammaire (pré-test et post-test) et une échelle d'attitude ont été utilisés comme instruments de collecte des données. Les données recueillies ont été analysées statistiquement à l'aide du test t des échantillons indépendants et du test t des échantillons appariés de SPSS 15.0. Les résultats de l'étude ont révélé que l'enseignement de la grammaire anglaise à l'aide du contexte situationnel améliore les résultats scolaires des étudiants en grammaire, sur le sens et la fonction grammaticale et augmente le niveau de participation des étudiants en classe dans les leçons de grammaire.
