Living for the Health of It describes how the human being exists primarily as an energy being with only a small part of our existence in the physical, emotional and mental realms. Part One of this book looks deeply at the nature of the Energy Being; our source, our connection to Infinity and Creation Energy, birth, living, growth and death. We tend to focus our entire attention on the physical, emotional and mental realms, occasionally and briefly experiencing our spiritual connection to the infinite realm of Creation Energy. Becoming more aware of this connection is the first step to raising our level of energy to higher states, which naturally brings greater health into our lives. Part Two offers the history and background of tried and true methods for dealing with imbalances in our energy that lead to symptoms in the realms of our physical, emotional and mental existence that we have been taught to name as allergies and illnesses, and to treat by suppression. The alternative methods, including nutrition, homeopathy, NAET, acupuncture, AK, and others, are readily available, affordable and can effect life-long changes in our health and well-being.

Seth Lefferts was born in New York City in 1953. He grew up in Connecticut, where he still lives, during a time of revolution in world and local politics, spiritual awakening, psychedelia, rock music, and astounding technological innovations. He attended college at Alfred University and moved to Northern California after graduation where he lived for ten years while he pursued a career in music, holography and photography. With the invention and proliferation of the personal computer his career made a major shift into technology, which brought him into the Healthcare Insurance industry, where he has been in the data mining and management field for over 25 years. In the late 1990's, Seth began a transformation in his health and career through the intense study of human energy. His quest for healing methods outside of Western medicine has taken him into the realms of Eastern philosophies and techniques for balancing energy for achieving health. His study of nutrition and energy work have become his primary focus in life, desiring to share this knowledge with anyone willing to listen who wants to raise their level of energy and health.
