Love Isn't Linear is a poetry collection written by a modern woman who experiences and embraces love in its many forms. This collection is a tribute to the raw feelings we endure, in happiness and in despair, in hope and in fear, in strength and in struggle that take over our senses when we come into contact with one or more of Love's many layers. LIL shares love stories that remind the reader of the sentiments and insights shared by other modern women like Taylor Swift, Priyanka Chopra, Meghan Markle, and Jennifer Lopez. Between romantic love, familial love, friendship, loss and grief, compassion and self-love, LIL takes the reader on a journey through the dimensions of truth, while being mindful of what it means to be human, to feel.
Salam, Sara: - "Sara is a published author and editor, as well as a talent leader in the sports and entertainment industries ✨. Her passion is empowering people through content. Sara's approach to storytelling involves curating original and acquired content accordingly. Sara recently published My Truth, a guided journal which provides a daily framework for promoting and pursuing inner peace ☮️. She also edits and ghostwrites copy for various clients. Her latest editorial work, Countertop Confidential, provides strategic guidance around home renovation and more specifically, countertop installation ����. Her next two books will publish in 2020. Sara also currently writes and researches for DiversityComm Inc's six publications, which include the Black EOE Journal, the Hispanic Network Magazine, the Professional Woman's Magazine, U.S. Veterans Magazine, Diversity in STEAM & DIVERSEability Magazine. Sara became a published author at age 11. She wrote movie reviews for the Daily Pilot, a local affiliate of the Los Angeles Times, for nearly a decade. She also served as the Editor-in-Chief of her high school newspaper during her senior year. Sara wrote for and served as Sports Editor and Senior Staff Writer for the Daily Bruin while she attended college at UCLA. Sara has garnered over 8 years of experience in talent management, where she worked in professional sports organizations - the World Champion Boston Red Sox ⚾️ and Steve Ballmer's LA Clippers - focused on talent strategy, growth and development opportunities, culture and engagement, employee relations, and staff programming. Sara's current endeavors in SHObusiness include SHOgigs and SHOscripts. SHOgigs is a location-based marketplace that safely and reliably connects Hollywood producers to crew, making sure everyone gets to work. SHOscripts is a secure marketplace serving the screenwriting industry, helping creators showcase and sell their work to Hollywood producers. A SoCal native, Sara earned her Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Global Studies from UCLA. She also took graduate courses at Harvard in Organizational Behavior, Human-Computer Interaction, and Leadership."
