Transformando situaciones desagradables en lecciones de vida. En un principio lo use inconscientemente en donde yo veía que algunas situaciones se transforman con claridad!

Con el pasar de los años y las experiencias vividas, me he dado cuenta que el poder de mi luz interior es algo que puedo conscientemente incorporar a mi vida cotidiana, creando resultados positivos. Por supuesto me esforcé en buscar y practicar el poder de mi luz interior, que finalmente me ha llevado a retomar mi poder y mi fuerza logrando una vida más sana, plena, y con alegría.

La buena noticia es que la luz interior no es solo para unos cuantos; pues está dentro de cada uno de nosotros, siendo el poder que tenemos desde que nacemos. No estoy sugiriendo que es fácil de hecho se que hay muchisimos obstaculos que yo misma he tenido que superar una y otra vez, obstáculos que nos impiden ver con claridad nuestra luz interior.

Mi libro no es un manual de como debes hacer para encontrar tu luz interior, sin embargo puedes conectar con algunas de mis experiencias y errores e inspirarte a encontrar esperanza en tu propio camino con tu luz interior. He aprendido que en nuestro camino debemos ser pacientes con nosotros mismos. Caminando despacio gradualmente encontramos que somos seres con mucho poder y fuerza para vencer circunstancias. Todos, absolutamente todos, poseemos herramientas que debemos encontrar con paciencia y autocontrol de nuestras emociones, trabajando en nuestro crecimiento personal y espiritual. Manejando actitudes y creencias limitantes que nos afectan para así encontrar y usar nuestra LUZ INTERIOR.
