A gifted youngster, he maintained fantastic grades, even though he had a lot of trouble focusing in school. Roman's life hasn't always been easy and he believes his struggles have not only made him stronger, but instilled a sense of compassion that drive him to better the world around him one step at a time. Using motivational speeches and books, he hopes to inspire a whole new generation of young people to create change, tackle important issues like climate change, and challenge themselves to be better every day. While consulting at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago he was splashed by a dolphin and this sparked an idea; what if dolphins had their own football league? And the rest is history.
