She has also written several journal articles for business audiences on how to be more effective in both written and oral communication. Make Sense Out of College is the third book that she has written for a college student audience. Ms. Thomas has earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources (graduating magna cum laude), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
