Clive has a degree from the University of La Verne in Business Management. Apart from his mother tongue, English, he also speaks Swedish and Afrikaans. Apart from the USA, he has spent the last 22 years shutteling between East & West Europe, Africa, South America and Asia. Long before others, Clive arranged the First Annual Conference on East European Trade held in 1994 in Tallinn, Estonia, with the Prime Ministers of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. His efforts in Estonia paved the way for the Baltic States' rapid integration into the European Union. His multi-cultural background has afforded him the opportunity to learn about people, motivation and management in various settings. Cross-Training is a product of his diversification.
