Unico nel suo genere, il manuale si giova anche per quest'anno dell'esperienza pratica (e dei relativi suggerimenti) delle centinaia di partecipanti al "Corso di preparazione all'esame d'avvocato" che ogni anno organizzo online tramite la Juris School (www.jurisschool.it) e sui miei blog "ildirittopenale.blogspot.com" e "ildiritto-civile.blogspot.com". L'illustrazione di tutti gli argomenti "papabili" per l'esame 2016 è stata effettuata suddividendo il volume in tre parti: una parte iniziale in cui si illustrano tecniche e trucchi fondamentali per affrontare al meglio l'esame di abilitazione; una seconda parte in cui si riportano articoli, pareri e modelli di atti riguardanti la prove di diritto civile; una terza parte in cui si riportano articoli, pareri e atti riguardanti la prova di diritto penale.
