Im Rahmen dieser Hausarbeit möchte ich einen kritischen Blick auf den Einsatz des Fernsehers und des Computers in der Schule werfen. Zunächst werden die Begriffe Medien, Sozialisation, Mediensozialisation und Bildung näher beleuchtet, um eine Grundlage für die weiteren Fragestellungen der Arbeit zu legen. Im darauf folgenden Kapitel soll der Einfluss digitaler Medien auf Schulen und Schüler, anhand der Medien Fernsehen und Computer, näher untersucht werden. Ich zeige auf, was der zunehmende Einsatz dieser Medien in der Schule bei Heranwachsenden bewirken kann, gehe aber auch gleichzeitig der Frage nach, ob das Fernsehen und der Computer vielleicht mehr zur Bildung beitragen, als Schulen dies tun. Im abschlie enden Resümee fasse ich die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse zusammen und beleuchte die daraus resultierenden Konsequenzen für den Einsatz des Fernsehens und des Computers im Unterricht der Grundschule.
