About the Author

K.R. Sundaram is presently Professor & Head, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Kochi. Earlier, he was Professor & Head, Department of Biostatistics, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He 194 scientific papers in various national and international journals. S.N. Dwivedi is a Professor at Department of Biostatistics, and Adjunct Faculty at Clinical Epidemiology Unit, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He has published 169 articles in national and international journals and several chapters in various books. V. Sreenivas is a Professor of Biostatistics at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He collaborates with clinicians from many specialties and has contributed to more than 250 publications in international journals.
