Bachelor Thesis from the year 2010 in the subject Business economics - Miscellaneous, grade: 1,3, European Business School - International University Schlo Reichartshausen Oestrich-Winkel (Real Estate Management Institute), language: English, abstract: At the beginning of 2009, the owner of the Empire State Building unveiled his plan to "go green".
