Arturo Iván Rojas obtuvo licenciaturas en teología del Seminario Mayor de la Iglesia Católica Anglicana de la Gran Colombia y de Logos Graduate School, además de una maestría del Laud Hall Seminary y un doctorado honorario de Logos Christian College. Fue ordenado pastor, desempeñándose en la actualidad como miembro del Presbítero Nacional de su Iglesia Casa Sobre la Roca, Iglesia Cristiana Integral en su sede principal de Bogotá, teniendo bajo su responsabilidad la dirección de la Unidad Educativa IBLI-Facter encargada de la formación teológica de sus miembros, tanto laicos como ministros en sus mas de 30 sedes tanto en Colombia como Panamá, USA y España. Casado y padre de dos hijos su ministerios pastoral y magisterial viene adquiriendo cada vez más un talante apologético que se refleja en sus libros sus sermones y las múltiples conferencias que viene dictando al respecto como miembro fundador de SAL (Sociedad Apologética Latinos) en diversos eventos de apologética en Canadá, USA, Centros América y Colombia.
