Prof. Dr.-Ing. Patrick Pötters ist Professor für die Fachgebiete Mensch-Technik-Interaktion und Produktionsmanagement an der Hochschule Niederrhein und Unternehmensberater. Dabei liegt der Fokus im optimalen Zusammenspiel aus Mensch und Technik. Seit 2020 ist auch das umfassende Themengebiet der künstlichen Intelligenz und der Interaktion mit dem Mensch Teil seiner Arbeit in der Wissenschaft und in Industrieprojekten.

Dr. Sumona Sen ist an der Hochschule Niederrhein in Kooperation mit der Lufthansa Aviation Training in dem Post-Doc-Qualifizierungsprogramm "Tandem Niederrhein" tätig. Dabei liegt Ihr Fokus auf Human Factors Engineering, dass sowohl in Lehrgängen bei der Lufthansa als auch in Modulen wie Ingenieurspsychologie und Gebrauchstauglichkeit zum Tragen kommt. Sie schloss 2025 ihre Promotion im Bereich Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration ab und beschäftigt sich in ihrer Forschung mit aktuellen Technologien für Industrie und Wirtschaft im Hinblick auf die menschliche Verarbeitung und Leistung.
