Dr Ram Krishna Mandal, M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., and Post-Doc., is a Principal in Jamini Mazumder Memorial College, Patiram, West Bengal, India. He was conferred the Outstanding College Teacher’s Award 2015 by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh in The XV Conference of Higher and Technical Education. He has to his credit more than 100 published research articles in national and international journals and edited books including 3 articles in New York, USA. He has been awarded as the ‘Writer of the Year 2007’ of Journal of Global Economy from Research Centre for Social Sciences, Mumbai. By virtue of his merit and perseverance, he has so far produced 38 books written and edited individually and jointly including Natural Resource Management and Livelihood Security, published by Lap Lambert Academic Publishing Company, Germany. He has eight Major and Minor research projects to his credit sponsored by UGC, ICSSR, and MAKAIAS. Previously, he had been rendering his service as Lecturer, Sr. Lecturer, Reader, and Associate Professor in Economics in Jawaharlal Nehru College (Pasighat), Donyi Polo Govt. College (Kamki), and Dera Natung Govt. College (Itanagar) in Arunachal Pradesh, India, from 1995 to 2021.
