Enrico Rubiola, PhD, is Professor at the Université de Franche Comté (The University of Franche-Comté), Researcher at the Department of Time and Frequency of the CNRS FEMTO-ST Institute, France, and Associated Researcher at INRiM, Italy's National Metrology Institute (NMI).
