This book presents a comprehensive and systematic study of the principal aspects of the modern law of international commercial transactions. Ajendra Srivastava holds a doctoral degree in law from the University of Delhi. He specializes in international law, but is also interested in human rights, international environmental law, trade law, sale of goods law, international investment law, and property law. He authored the textbook An Introduction to Transfer of Property Act, Second Edition, (Jaipur: University Book House, 2017) and co-edited Science, Technology and Law Reform (New Delhi: Satyam Books, 2014), which includes contributions by Supreme Court and High Court judges, as well as leading academics from India and abroad. In addition, the author has published more than a dozen research papers in respected national and international journals. He has also been an occasional Op-Ed contributor to the leading national daily, The Statesman.
