Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich daher mit den modernen Methoden im E-Recruiting. Vor allem soll es hier um den Einsatz von sogenannter Künstlicher Intelligenz im Recruiting gehen. Zuerst werden die aktuellen Trends in Sachen KI-basierter Software in der Bewerberauswahl vorgestellt. Dazu gehören Sprach-, Gesichts- und Gestenerkennung, Texterkennung, E-Assessments, Chatbots und die automatische Analyse von Nutzerprofilen in sozialen Netzwerken. Im Anschluss daran wird auf die Chancen, Risiken und Grenzen künstlicher Intelligenz für die Unternehmen eingegangen. Hierzu gehören neben technischen Möglichkeiten und Grenzen auch rechtliche und ethische Fragestellungen. Als Fazit kann man sagen, dass moderne KI-basierte Softwareprodukte den Arbeitsalltag von Recruitern erheblich erleichtern können. Einfache Routinetätigkeiten werden schon heute häufig von Computern übernommen. Allerdings müssen Unternehmen darauf achten, dass die eingesetzten Tools stets den wissenschaftlichen Standards der psychologischen Eignungsdiagnostik entsprechen. Auch die aktuelle Gesetzeslage im Bereich Gleichbehandlung und Datenschutz sollte dringend berücksichtigt werden.
