Nganga Arsene Francoeur: - Né en 1974 à Brazzaville, Arsène Francoeur NGANGA, Historien de formation, est fellow researcher à la Brown University de Providence dans l'État du Rhode Island (États Unis d'Amérique). Chercheur associé auprès du CERDOTOLA (Centre d'étude et de documentation sur les traditions et les langues africaines), membre de l'ICOMOS (Centre international des sites et monuments historiques), il a été consultant auprès du conseiller à la culture et arts du président de la République du Congo (2013-2016) et consultant en tourisme de mémoire, auprès du ministre du Tourisme et de l'Environnement de la République du Congo (2017-2019).
