La morte purtroppo è parte della nostra realtà. Il lutto è un'esperienza psicologica dolorosa inevitabile, che vissuto nel modo giusto può renderci fratelli.
Morire a 100 anni è diverso che morire a 12, morire dopo una malattia è più accettabile che morire in relazione ad un trauma.
Queste ed altre riflessioni sono oggetto di questo saggio, che non pretende di essere un'opera esauriente ma semplicemente un possibile aiuto per chi sta vivendo l'esperienza dolorosa della morte di un congiunto o della propria stessa morte.
