Jahrhundert beschaftigen sich Rainer Schroder und Fabian Schroth, Peter Scholz und Jan Philipp Reemtsma mit den Motiven des Handelns. In den im Plenarsaal des Kammergerichts im Jahr 2014 vor dem Verein "Forum Recht und Kultur im Kammergericht" gehaltenen Vortragen geben sie Antworten auch auf die vorstehenden Fragen.
