From the moment that these two saw each other, sparks flew... Julia was flummoxed by her desire for the chief of police, and was determined to fight her growing feelings as she worked side by side with him. Rex on the other hand, just plain wanted the spitfire who had burst into his office and given him a piece of her mind, only to stir his libido instead of his ire. When no other alternative could be found but to auction off a date with Rex though, Julia found herself feeling surprisingly jealous of the women who had shown up to bid for a chance to spend an evening with the sexy Mr. Perfect. In a moment of complete insanity, she ended up bidding...and winning. What would happen when Rex got his date alone?
