Avec l''augmentation de l''esp�rance de vie des patients atteints de mucoviscidose, une alt�ration de la fonction r�nale pourrait devenir plus fr�quente. Objectifs: d�terminer la pr�valence de l''atteinte r�nale dans une population p�diatrique, identifier les facteurs de risque associ�s. Etude r�trospective portant sur les caract�ristiques g�n�tiques, cliniques et th�rapeutiques de 112 patients. La valeur du d�bit de filtration glom�rulaire (DFG) et l''existence d''une microalbuminurie et de facteurs de risque lithiasique ont �t� analys�s. Le DFG m�dian �tait de 123, 161 and 155 ml/min/1,73 m2 chez les enfants �g�s respectivement de 1, 6 et 15 ans. La dose cumul�e d''antibioth�rapie re�ue n''�tait pas corr�l�e au DFG. Une microalbuminurie a �t� mise en �vidence chez 22/38 patients. Une hyperoxalurie a �t� observ�e chez 70% des patients, associ�e � un g�notype � expression ph�notypique s�v�re (p = 0,004) et � une insuffisance pancr�atique (p = 0,007). Dans la mucoviscidose, le risque de lithiase oxalocalcique est augment�, et le DFG probablement sous-estim� par la formule de Schwartz. Un protocole de suivi n�phrologique est propos� en fin d''ouvrage.
