Discover the origin of A Good Girl's Guide to Murder.
Pippa isn't in the mood for her friend's themed party--especially since it involves dressing up in 1920s fashion, solving a mysterious murder, and pretending that their town, Little Kilton, is an island. But once the game begins, Pip becomes captivated by the imaginary world of intrigue, deception, and crime.

Jackson, Holly: -
Holly Jackson has been writing since she was young--so much so that she finished her first (bad) novel at fifteen. She lives in London, and besides reading and writing, she enjoys playing video games and watching true crime documentaries, which lets her pretend she's a detective.
Her first novel, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, was a #1 New York Times bestseller. It was followed by Kill Joy, a prequel exploring Pippa's early days as an investigator, as well as Good Girl, Bad Blood and As Good as Dead, all published by Crossbooks.
She has also written Five Survive, a standalone thriller, and in 2024, she released The Reappearance of Rachel Price, a gripping mystery about a young woman investigating her mother's shocking disappearance and reappearance. Her upcoming novel, Not Quite Dead Yet, is set to be published in 2025.
