Dr. Tobias Cramer wurde 1972 in Leipzig geboren. Sein Studium der Wirtschaftspadagogik an der Technischen Universitat Dresden schloss der Autor im Jahre 2000 mit dem akademischen Grad der Diplomhandelslehrer erfolgreich ab. Bereits wahrend des Studiums sammelte er umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit. Fasziniert von interkulturellen Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschieden widmete sich der Autor wahrend eines Doktorstudiums an der Wirtschaftsuniversitat Prag der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams. Gegenwartig ist er als Dozent und Trainer im Bereich des interkulturellen Managements tatig."
