Actual company experiences are studied to show the common frameworks which are used to manage diversity from the decision making and action viewpoint of the individual manager. Surviving and prospering in the present environment; anticipating and adapting to new situations; generating ideas that manage and exploit change; and leading the creation of change across industries and markets are all dealt with in detail.
