Kickett, Marion: - Marion Kickett is a Nyungar Balardong woman who was Director of the Centre for Aboriginal Studies at Curtin University 2012-2021. Following an extended nursing career she entered the university as Lecturer in the Aboriginal Community Health Program, lecturing in Aboriginal Health and Culture for 21 years. She has received many awards for innovation and excellence in teaching.
