After attending Princeton and Harvard Law School, Henry Kennedy Jr. was appointed a United States magistrate when he was just twenty-eight. He overcame segregation, racism, and clinical depression to pursue an education at Princeton and Harvard Law School and achieve remarkable success as a federal judge. Kennedy and his wife, Altomease, have two adult children and reside in Washington, D.C
