In Each herb there' s its history, its active ingredients which explain how the herb works restoring general wellness, its dosage and interactions. After this there is a ''personal evaluation'' of the author, awarding wellness and anti aging points for each herb. This evaluation is calculated on the basis of efficacy, and holisticity of each herb meaning the more wellness and anti aging points a herb has, the more number of systems the herb interacts positively with . For example aloe vera interacts with digestive, integumentary, circulatory, nervous, skeletal, muscle, and immune systems that s why it gets 9 out of 10 points meaning that is one of the best herbs somebody can use to work holistically with . Anti aging points are calculated on the basis of successful aging meaning how much this herb helps the natural process of aging without the presence of acute and chronic issues.
