Ephraim Sneh is one of the Israeli Labor Party leaders. He served four times in Israel's cabinet as minister of health, transport, and deputy minister of defense. In the Parliament he chairs the sub-committee on defense planning and Policy. His articles have appeared in Haaretz Magazine and he is co-author of several Israeli-Palestinian plans for peace and economic cooperation, and author of Responsibility - Israel after 2000 (1996)
