Gilead Sher heads the Center for Applied Negotiations (CAN) at INSS. He was the Head of Bureau and Policy Coordinator for former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, and served as Chief and co-Chief negotiator in 1999-2001 at the Camp David summit and the Taba talks. Anat Kurz is the director of research at INSS and editor of INSS Insight. Dr. Kurz has published widely on institutionalization processes of non-state organizations and popular struggles, the Palestinian national movement, Israeli-Palestinian relations, and the Middle East political process.
