Buckley, Gerard: - Gerard Buckley is President of the National Technical Institute for the Deaf and is a Rochester Institute of Technology Vice-President and Dean. He earned an Ed.D. in Special Education from the University of Kansas and has more than 30 years of experience in higher education. Dr. Buckley is deaf and a cochlear implant user.

Stinson, Michael: - Michael Stinson earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Michigan and is a Professor at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) at Rochester Institute of Technology. He has been in various research positions at NTID for more than 35 years. Dr. Stinson is deaf and a cochlear implant user.
