Akademische Arbeit aus dem Jahr 2001 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Theorien, Modelle, Begriffe, Note: 1,0, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Funktionieren, aber auch mit den möglichen Störungen und Problemen der zwischenmenschlichen Verständigung. Hierbei werden wir uns vorwiegend auf die nonverbale Kommunikationsebene konzentrieren, wobei es sich aber nicht verhindern lä t, teilweise zur Erklärung verbale Aspekte mit einzubeziehen. Es gibt verschiedene Ansätze zur Klärung der verschiedenen Ebenen oder Funktionen zwischenmenschlicher 'Nachrichtenübermittlung'. Der bekannteste ist sicherlich der Ansatz Watzlawicks mit seinen vier pragmatischen Axiomen und den zwei Ebenen der Kommunikation. Es gibt jedoch noch einige andere Ansätze, von denen hier mindestens zwei erwähnenswert scheinen. Der älteste Ansatz von Bühler unterscheidet "drei Aspekte der Sprache" Darstellung, Ausdruck und Appell. Der neueste Ansatz stammt von Friedemann Schulz von Thun und verbindet die beiden älteren Ansätze Bühlers und Watzlawicks. Hierbei verlagert er gleichzeitig den Fokus von der Makro-Ebene (= Kommunikation/Sprache) auf die Mikro-Ebene (= einzelne Nachricht): unterschieden werden "vier Seiten einer Nachricht" Sachinhalt, Selbstoffenbarung, Beziehung und Appell. Da dieser Ansatz unserer Meinung nach besonders gut geeignet ist, um Funktionen und Funktionieren menschlicher Kommunikation zu erklären, liegen unseren nachfolgenden Ausführungen verstärkt Erklärungsansätze Schulz von Thuns zu Grunde. aus dem Inhalt: - Funktionen nonverbaler Kommunikation; - bewusste und unbewusste Signale; - Wirkungen und Probleme
