About The Author

R. M. SRIVASTAVA, Ph.D., has been Senior Professor of Management, Head and Dean in the Faculty of Management Studies at BHU. He also served as Professor of Management at the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok. Taking cognizance of his dexterous experience and expertise, Prof. Srivastava was nominated as Director by the Government of India on the Board of Northern Coal Fields (Coal India Group), Expert Member of All India Management Panel of UGC and AICTE, and Panel Member of Management in the Ministry of HRD.

Besides providing training to university teachers as UGC resource person and coordinating quality improvement programmes of AICTE, he has been regularly conducting management development programmes for financial and industrial organizations to develop managers’ skills and competencies. He has made seminal contribution in the field of management through publications of 118 research papers and management treatises in the area of strategic management and finance.|SHUBHRA VERMA is Management Consultant in the area of human resource and strategic management. She also served a number of reputed institutes as Lecturer in management. Ms. Shubhra has authored a book on Financial Management.
