Yashwant Pathak, MPharm, Executive MBA, MSCM, PhD, FAAAS Yashwant Pathak received his PhD from Nagpur University, India, and his executive MBA and master in conflict management from Sullivan University, Louisville, USA. He has over 45 years' experience in academia and the industry. Presently, he is a professor and an associate dean for faculty affairs at Taneja College of Pharmacy, University of South Florida, Tampa, USA. Yashwant Pathak is also an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University, Surabaya, Indonesia. Yashwant has published over 400 research papers, reviews, and chapters, with close to 5,000 citations in Google Scholar. He has edited over 70 books in nanotechnology, nutraceuticals, drug delivery systems, artificial intelligence, and artificial neural network. He has keen interest in conflict management and has edited several books, namely, Organizational Conflict Management, Handbook of Organizational Conflict Management, Eastern and Indigenous Perspectives in Conflict Management, RSS Way of Resolving Conflicts, and these two volumes on nonprofit organizations conflict management. Dr. Pathak recently received the Nelson Mandela Washington Reciprocal Exchange Fellowship for Nigeria, West Africa.
Dr. Niyati Acharya, PhD, MPharm (Pharmacognosy) Dr. Niyati Acharya, currently working as an assistant professor and the head, Department of Pharmacognosy, Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, has over 22 years of experience in teaching and natural product research, has published 47 research papers, and has 15 book chapters to her credit (1,191 citations, 17 h-index, 22 index). She has completed research projects for the Department of Biotechnology, New Delhi, and GUJCOST, Gandhinagar, of more than 50 lacs and is doing many minor research and consultancy projects for the herbal drug industry and research centers.
