Es wird die Frage behandelt, was denn Objektive Hermeneutik ist und wie man anhand dieses Verfahrens Texte richtig analysiert. Auf diese Frage ist diese Arbeit ausgelegt und ausgearbeitet. Zum Schluss wird das Fallbeispiel "Welche Wassermenge liefert eine Heilquelle?" anhand der 5 Prinzipien, welche uns das Verfahren der objektiv-hermeneutischen Textinterpretation vorgibt, behandelt und ausgewertet. Einen besonderen Stellenwert nimmt in dieser Ausarbeitung eine praktische Anwendung des objektiv-hermeneutischen Interpretationsverfahrens ein. Dies geschieht u.a. mittels einer Fallanalyse die in Kapitel 4 veranschaulicht wird. Da durch die praktische Anwendung die Prinzipien und Inhalte der Objektiven Hermeneutik viel besser nachvollziehbar werden, wird die praktische Durchführung der Objektiven Hermeneutik der Schwerpunkt der vorliegenden Hausarbeit. Die Entstehungsgeschichte und die Entwicklungen der Objektiven Hermeneutik werden hingegen eher im Hintergrund gelassen, da diese sehr gut in vielen Fachbüchern nachzulesen sind, wie beispielsweise in dem Buch: 'Sozialwissenschaftliche Hermeneutik' von Ronald Hitzler und Anne Honer, welches auch im Literaturverzeichnis zu finden ist. Dennoch werden in dieser Arbeit die wichtigsten Punkte zur Objektiven Hermeneutik behandelt, so dass jeder der noch kein Wissen zu diesem Thema hat und sich diese Arbeit durchliest das Wichtigste über das Interpretationsverfahren Objektive Hermeneutik wei und in der Lage ist grundlegend, aber selbstständig eine Analyse eines Falles nach dem objektiv-hermeneutischen Verfahren durchzuführen.
