R�sum� L'omphaloc�le est la plus fr�quente parmi les malformations cong�nitales de la paroi abdominale ant�rieure. Elle correspond � un d�faut de la paroi abdominale avec ext�riorisation des anses recouverte par la membrane amniotique et centre par le cordon.L'objectif principal de cette �tude �tait d'�tudier l'aspect �pid�miologique, clinique ainsi que la Prise en charge des omphaloc�les dans le service de chirurgie p�diatrique du CHU Gabriel Tour�. Nous avons r�alis� une �tude r�trospective portant sur des patients atteints de l'omphaloc�le admis au service de chirurgie p�diatrique du CHU Gabriel Tour�, durant une p�riode de 5 ans, du janvier 2018 au d�cembre 2022, nous avons coll� 97 patients (soit 19,4cas/an). Il s'agissait de 51 gar�ons et 46 filles (sex-ratio 1,1) ayant un �ge moyen de 15,38 jours. L'�ge moyen des m�res �tait de 24,45 ans. La consultation pr�natale a �t� faite dans 82cas (84,5%). La moiti� de nos patients ont �t� suivis par l'�chographie obst�tricale dont 8 cas de diagnostic pr�natal (19,04%). 11 cas de c�sariennes ont �t� retrouv�s (11,3%)Nous avons retrouv� 41 cas (42,3%) de type I et 56 cas (57,7%) de type II selon la classification d'A�tken.
