Non-Property-Companies gehalten, wobei das Eigentum zu einem hohen Anteil auch selbst genutzt wird. Wesentliches Kriterium für die Auslagerungszurückhaltung sind die Beibehaltung der Unabhängigkeit und die Vermeidung des Einblicks Dritter in das eigene Unternehmen. Weitere Gründe werden in einer mangelnden Kenntnis der Möglichkeiten und in einer persönlichen Bindung zur Immobilie, gerade bei familiengeführten Unternehmen, vermutet. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist eine kritische Betrachtung des Outsourcings und der Auslagerungsmöglichkeiten von Bestandsimmobilien. Unter Berücksichtigung der Einflussnahme auf immobilienrelevante Entscheidungen, bis hin zu einer möglichst uneingeschränkten Beibehaltung der bisherigen Eigentumsverhältnisse, sollen auch Auslagerungsformen abseits vorherrschender Desinvestitionsempfehlungen betrachtet werden. Weiterhin wird aufgezeigt unter welchen Bedingungen eine Immobilie dem Kerngeschäft zugeordnet werden kann und somit der rationale Anspruch auf Eigentumsverhältnisse und Einflussnahme gegeben ist. Darauf aufbauend wird eine mögliche Lösung für ein mittelständiges Unternehmen vorgeschlagen. Non-Property-Unternehmen, die sich bisher noch nicht mit Outsourcing befasst haben, soll mit dieser Arbeit ein Ansatzpunkt gegeben werden, über diese Themenbereiche nachzudenken. Anbieter von immobilienwirtschaftlichen Dienstleistungen sollen Anregungen für ein mögliches Dienstleistungsportfolio bekommen, das die Bedenken ihrer potenziellen Kunden berücksichtigt.
