Die Kreditinstitute reagieren darauf mit strategischer Neuorientierung, die darauf zielt, unrentable Geschäftsfelder aufzugeben (Aufgabe des Universalbankanspruchs, Filialschlie ung, Outsourcing) und eine nachhaltige Umstrukturierung zu erreichen, die den neuen Kunden- und Marktanforderungen entspricht. Die Neuausrichtung umfasst alle Geschäftsprozesse eines Finanzdienstleisters inklusive der Erstausbildung.
