Omar Morgante (Campana, 1957), poeta y docente de Castellano, Literatura y Lat�n, es una de las voces m�s singulares de la poes�a argentina contempor�nea. Su obra -que incluye El estruendo rasante, La l�mpara y el oto�o, Cucharas de plata y La zona- se distingue por su intertextualidad, su lirismo cuidado y un di�logo permanente con la tradici�n literaria universal. Su escritura combina mitolog�a, filosof�a, paisaje y memoria con un uso preciso del lenguaje.
