This book is aimed at helping you pass the intermediate and advanced numerical reasoning tests that many companies now require. It is suitable for new or experienced graduates wanting to progress in their professional careers. If you feel that you need to improve your speed in Mental Arithmetic and re-visit some areas in general arithmetic as well as data interpretation then this book will prove very useful to you. It will be particularly helpful if you do not feel very confident in maths, or did your maths a long time ago. This book starts from basic number work using speed methods and progresses to percentages, ratios, proportions, number sequences and multiple choice questions that are usually found in the data interpretation type questions. There are also examples in solving 'word' problems needing knowledge of basic algebra. It includes 5 practice tests with answers and detailed explanations. Finally, some enhancements have been made in February, 2014. The author's initial book 'Speed Mathematics Using the Vedic System' has a significant following and has been translated into Japanese and Chinese as well as German. In addition, his book 'Pass the QTS Numeracy test with ease' is very popular with teacher trainees. Besides being a specialist mathematics teacher the author also has a degree in psychology. This has enabled him to work as an organizational development consultant giving him exposure to psychometric testing particularly applicable to numerical reasoning. He hopes that his new book 'Pass the Numerical reasoning Test with Ease' will help those aspiring to pass basic, intermediate as well as advanced numeracy tests when applying for jobs in various sectors of the economy.
