Die vollst�ndige pathologische Reaktion (pCR) bei Her-2-positivem Brustkrebs ist das ultimative Ziel eines jeden Onkologen, da sie mit einer besseren Prognose f�r diese Patientinnen verbunden ist. Mehrere Autoren haben versucht, die Faktoren zu untersuchen, die die Qualit�t des pathologischen Ansprechens auf eine neoadjuvante Chemotherapie (NAC) beeinflussen k�nnen, um das erwartete pathologische Ansprechen des Tumors vorherzusagen. In dieser Arbeit untersuchten wir die potenziell pr�diktiven Faktoren f�r ein pCR und dessen prognostische Auswirkungen anhand einer retrospektiven Studie von 34 Patientinnen mit Her-2-positivem Mammakarzinom, die nach einer NZK �ber einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahren zwischen 2013 und 2023 chirurgisch behandelt wurden. Eine pCR wurde bei 7 Patientinnen (20,6%) erreicht. Die Tumore mit RH-negativem Status / �berexprimiertem Her-2-Submolek�ltyp sprachen besser auf die CNA an als die Tumore mit RH-positivem Status oder Luminal-B-Submolek�ltyp. Aus therapeutischer Sicht war die neoadjuvante Gabe von Trastuzumab ein signifikanter Pr�diktor f�r pCR. Gleichzeitig war das Erreichen einer pCR mit einer besseren Prognose verbunden.
